This interactive screen installation is a respond to the oppressive atmosphere of industrialized school spaces. Installed in a corridor, the work presented a “text island” made of words symbolizing nature, freedom, and happiness. As students passed by, motion capture shifted the perspective from an insect’s view within the flowers to a bird’s eye view of the island. Each flower is formed from words representing nature and relaxation, transforming the school space into a warm vessel of perception.
