In the United States, accidents on rural state highways often lead to permanent disabilities due to delays in emergency responders reaching the scene within the critical "golden hour." Compounding this issue, bystanders frequently lack the skills or resources to provide immediate first aid.
This situation has inspired me to develop a comprehensive service system aimed at improving the rural highway emergency response process. The new system seeks to facilitate real-time communication between bystanders, local helpers and emergency personnel, offering detailed rescue guidance and tools for bystanders to conduct timely first aid to the injured.
