Somalia is located in the Horn of Africa on the eastern coast of the continent. This exhibition aims to create a unique identity for Somalia, introducing its rich and diverse cultural heritage, including nomadic traditions, language and proverb culture, and ways of life shaped by its distinctive geography.
The modular font is inspired by patterns found in Somali textiles and the geometric forms of its architectural style.
The project consists of three poster series: cultural posters highlighting Somali traditions, typography posters featuring Somali proverbs, and infographic posters illustrating the country’s geographic characteristics.
